Program Cost and Fact Sheet: Info for administrators and staff curriculum based structure

Rainbow Play(c) combines fitness, stress management and the creative arts to improve physical and mental well-being in children, parents and educators. It achieves this goal through playful yoga, interactive games, dramatic play/arts, relaxation breathing, life-long skill building and education. The curriculum is tailored to flex to the learning strengths and skill set of the age group; typical groups are 3-4, 5-8, 9-12, and teens. The curriculum booklet is designed with the classroom teacher in mind, so the program may be easily integrated into the school day.

Professional Development is provided and is usually scheduled for two days. Length of the training typically runs between 8 to 12 hours depending on the number of people being trained. Continuing Education is suggested as part of the training and is provided in the classroom by a Health Educator during the course of the normal school day.

Professional Development

Format: 1-2 Days, 8-12 hours.
Cost: Up to 15 people trained $1800.00 -or- Up to 30 people trained $2500.00
Focus: Basic introduction and skill building: stretching, breathing, group play, active listening.
Dramatic or artistic expression; focus on classroom management, values and attitudes, conflict resolution, feelings expression, physical strength building.

Continuing Education

Format: 15 weeks or 30 weeks
Cost: $1200.00 for 15 weeks, $2400.00 for 30 weeks.
Focus: Assistance with implementation, classroom instruction, observation, co-teaching and follow-up inquiries.

Healthy Expressions Education, Inc. provides educationally sound, life coping skills with a focus on the whole person, particularly children. Our mission is to foster and improve the social, emotional, behavioral, intellectual, and physical well being of people through innovative, holistic, and artistic self-help programs.

Teachers, Administrators, Fitness Instructors, Yoga Enthusiasts, Health Care Workers, Home School Groups, Parents, PTA, any body involved with the education and constructive play of children will benefit from the workshops and products offered through HEE, Inc.

HEE serves teachers and children in schools, community centers, treatment centers, hospitals, and facilities serving the elderly, corporate environments and other non-traditional settings. It offers people from diverse backgrounds an opportunity to embrace a healthy approach for coping with the challenges they face in their daily lives.
